I love Bill Millers.  There.  I said it.

My mouth waters thinking about their brisket and green beans.

Bill Miller got his start in 1950 with a $500 loan from his father, opening a small poultry and egg business.  He progressed to fried chicken and on to hamburgers and barbeque.  Today Bill Miller’s has 73 restaurants in the San Antonio, Corpus Christi and Austin areas.
